AFTERNOON TO REMEMBER CHARITY WALK
We walked just over a half marathon on Saturday 24th June, 2017
(14.6 miles / 23.5 km) over the South Downs
on behalf of ST BARNABAS HOSPICE
Collectively we raised £4,500!
If you add the extra from Gift Aid, then the total will be £5,320!
Well done everyone involved and thank you anyone who sponsored us!
Below are some photos from our big day. We had hoped to watch the sunset but unfortunately we had a very cloudy day. We were just glad it wasn't scorching hot! Well done everyone who took part in the challenge and for collectively raising so much money for St Barnabas!
What a difference a day makes! I saw it was going to be a nice sunset on the following evening, so I drove back up to Cissbury Ring and took these photos. How lovely it would have been if this had been our welcome to Cissbury at the end of our walk! Maybe next time! Enjoy...
