The Strictly Dancing classes are great for the mind and body! What's more, you really can do as much or as little as you want in terms of the energy you put into it, so it does mean it is good exercise for people of all ages. However, if you have any concerns at all about your health and ability to participate in the class, I would recommend consulting your doctor first.

This class is aimed at improving your fitness so it is of a higher intensity then the Dance Class. It is good exercise for people of all ages however, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire before you can take part. These will be available at class but to save time you can download the document by clicking on the link below. Please print the document off, complete it and bring it along to your first FitSteps class.
