"Lisa's Steyning Dance Class is a wonderful opportunity to exercise, make new friends & learn a new dance routine in a really friendly and relaxed environment. For an hour on a Wednesday, I can forget about everything else & focus on just enjoying  myself!! There is a different style of dance each week from Cha Cha, Waltz & Jive to Tango & Bollywood, so every Wednesday is different and it really does put a smile on my face."
